A proudly independent, integrated, long standing (but still relentlessly ambitious), communications agency is looking for a Senior Multimedia Art Director to support their newly arrived Creative Director while they grow their creative studio.

The facts:
You’ll have an opportunity to work closely with a Creative Director and bring real and welcome input to a growing team. The creative work is highly varied; from brand and campaigns to film, animation, motion and social for a mixture of B2B and B2C brands across all sectors including tech. You’ll be someone who is motivated by how a brand gets activated across any channel and how content gets created.

You are a hybrid of conceptual thinking, graphic design and art direction. Day-to-day you’ll be coming up with smart ideas and then art directing them for campaigns, photoshoots, film, motion as well as doing graphic design for brands. You will You are great at communicating clear ideas and you love variety. You can brief how to make your ideas move in their channel.

You have an opportunity to develop your management chops, mentor people and feel a tangible contribution to the development of the creative studio.
