Overview:

We are excited to announce that we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Designer to join the team at Make, one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital marketing agencies.

The role:

As part of an ambitious growth plan, we are looking for a Junior Designer to join a close-knit creative Design team. You’ll be supporting the wider team and creative department on a variety of accounts and projects within Make.

Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We want someone who already has a great skill set, but is still looking to learn and hone their craft even further. We’re looking for a social native, passionate about the industry who is looking to create industry-leading design.

As a Junior designer you’ll be responsible for creating a variety of social,  marketing and web assets – supporting the digital storytelling of our clients and ensuring that each piece of design is hitting the brief while consistently pushing the creative boundaries for our clients.

Your responsibility will be to work alongside, support and learn from our friendly team with your stand-out design skills.

Requirements:

• 1 years+ relevant digital / marketing agency experience.
• An impressive portfolio that illustrates strong creativity and a passion for digital design.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe creative suite (Illustrator & Photoshop). After effects knowledge is a bonus.
• Great communication skills
• Team player
• A creative mind, who enjoys the whole design process: from coming up with ideas to the final execution
• A drive and passion for learning without fear of failure
