The Studio

The Studio works across some of the best loved fashion, lifestyle and sportwear brands to reach and connect with customers through highly creative and engaging campaigns, content and communications.  This multi-disciplined Studio works on all creative output for some remarkable brands and is focused on growing their permanent team this Year.  They are together in the studio 3 days a week with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week and offer a vibrant and energetic studio environment as well as some great facilities.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a talented Senior Designer with previous experience crafting campaigns for lifestyle brands.  You’ll need to be confident leading projects and collaborating with a multi-skilled team of Art Directors, Content Creators, Digital Designers and Artworkers to turn great ideas into successful and beautifully executed campaigns, delivering work that is best in class and always consistent.  You’ll have a good knowledge of brand messaging and connecting with audiences through every available channel, ensuring that work is commercially focused but always creatively driven.  A good amount of the work is digitally focused and so you’ll need to be comfortable producing campaigns and content across different digital formats including landing pages, digital banners, emails and comms.  This is an opportunity to work with some global brand names and alongside a talented and driven team delivering work that everyone is proud of.

Our ideal candidate

Has strong experience delivering campaign work that has an elevated aesthetic, is visually engaging and commercially effective.

Enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment, contributing ideas and leading on all aspects of design, helping to mentor and develop more junior members of the team as well.

Has sound creative judgement and confidence in their decisions.

Can show an impressive folio of campaign work and brand building in the world of fashion, sports and lifestyle.

Is an exceptional communicator and confident presenting ideas at every level.
