Overview:

We are excited to announce that we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Motion Designer to join the team at Make, one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital marketing agencies.

The role:

As part of an ambitious growth plan, we are looking for a Junior Motion Designer to join the Design team. You’ll be supporting the wider team and creative department on a variety of accounts and projects within Make – with a specific focus on motion design and video content.

We’re seeking someone with a great eye for detail, a love of exceptional design and a real passion for animation. But most importantly, we want to find someone with a willingness to learn and develop their craft. Someone who will bring ideas and talent, while constantly being open to feedback, growth and opportunity..

The right candidate is a social native, passionate about the industry and is looking to create industry-leading design. Working with our Lead Motion Designer your responsibilities will steadily grow within our fast paced but supportive environment.

Requirements:

• 1 years+ relevant digital / marketing agency experience.
• An impressive portfolio that illustrates strong creativity and a passion for digital design.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe creative suite
• Intermediate Premiere Pro and After Effects knowledge is required with relevant plugins
• Video editing experience is a must
• Great communication skills
• Team player
• A creative mind, who enjoys the whole design process: from coming up with ideas to the final execution
• A drive and passion for learning without fear of failure

Bonus Skills:

• Illustration skills
• Knowledge of Blender or other 3D software
• Frame by frame experience
