We’re currently working across a couple of new permanent roles and are searching for talented senior motion designers + motion directors who are looking for their next move.

At Represent, we pride ourselves on reflecting the design industry more than we do the recruitment sector. A small, boutique-offering of consultants, working with the very best in design talent, as well as pioneering diversity inclusion.

Working with two of London’s most notable branding agencies, we’re interested in meeting candidates who have a good background in motion branding and an ability to conceptualise, design and animate high-quality motion graphics for a variety of projects. You’ll need to be strong in After Effects, but an added bonus would be some experience in 3D (particularly Cinema 4D).

Note: The ability to work in person at their London-based studios is essential. Unfortunately, fully remote isn’t possible on this occasion.

What we’re looking for:

• A visual storyteller who’s comfortable planning, storyboarding and can create briefs for a range of mediums.
• The skills and experience to define, create and realise motion design principles, behaviours and systems for brands.
• A strategic way of thinking to translate motion-led design systems into principles and guidelines.
• Collaborate well with the team around you, learning from them and supporting junior staff.
• Great design sense and understanding of graphic design, typography, and brand design.
