The facts:

This communications agency may be long standing in the market (30 years), but they foster a ‘day one, week one’ mentality with the work, their clients and the opportunities. 
They aren’t a branding agency, but they understand it, and work with brands and businesses to activate them in a truly meaningful way. Storytelling is a much used word but defining, creating, and selling a business narrative is what you love exploring. This could end up as a campaign, a proposition, a platform, a key message or a new territory for that business to occupy. You love the process of figuring this out with your clients and team.  
You can lead in the room and are strong with words. You’re able to realise your thinking and activate it in film, animation, print, social; all channels in fact. You are curious about what gets result and are happy to iterate. 
You will also get the chance to help to develop the agency proposition in the market and lead your creative team. This is a Senior Leadership role and you’re ready for it. This may be a step up for you or you may already be there. We want to hear from you, either way.
You have an unapologetic interest in B2B and business narratives. We are open on your agency background. We want to hear from smart, curious minds. 
You have been around long enough to understand how agencies run and the landscape that you’re in. You bring some kind of commercial smarts, you have hired creatives and you know how your team ticks.


You’ll be:

  • Someone who does ‘the big idea’ and can get everyone onboard.
  • Joining the board once you’ve settled in.
  • Very interested in the agency landscape, its challenges, and opportunities.
  • Highly experienced in brand and marketing with an excellent knowledge of campaign, messaging, platforms, and territories.
  • A great presenter and able to win a room over.
  • Great listener. Fantastic speaker.


You’ll have:

  • A great eye for design and all things creative.
  • Solid creative agency experience at a decent level (10+ minimum). High flyers and experienced minds, all welcome.
  • The ear of the board and the senior client, so you are a very organised thinker.
