The Studio
An in-house studio for a pioneering sports brand with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and entertainment. The brand is really pushing boundaries in its field through technology and thrilling events and is supported by a driven in-house team, working together to enhance the brand and competition experience at every touch point. The design team delivers a wide range of projects, from digital campaigns and assets to marketing collateral and print materials for events. This is a collaborative and inclusive work environment with opportunities for growth and development. They have a hybrid set up with flexibility for working remotely but are mostly together in the studio for collaboration and support. They offer access to industry events and the opportunity to travel to international locations throughout the Year.
The Opportunity
The Middleweight Designer will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and brand’s presence across different formats, ensuring consistency, creativity, and a high level of execution every time. You’ll touch pretty much every project with a creative requirement and have the chance to work on really varied briefs, including marketing campaigns, promotional materials, campaigns and social media, presentations, and event signage. There is a lot of day-to-day design delivery involved but conceptually creative input will be encouraged, and you’ll play an active role in brainstorming sessions to support all creative output.
Our ideal candidate
Will need a good amount of experience in a similar studio environment, working across a range of disciplines including digital, print, and social.
Has strong skills in design layout, composition, and typography.
Is used to working to a high level of execution with strong attention to detail.
Can multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced studio environment.
Has an impressive folio of work and ideally able to show some projects in either sports, luxury, or events.
Is comfortable being mostly studio based with some flexibility to work from home.
