We seek a talented Senior Designer to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will have 5 + years of experience in design, with a strong focus on branding, including strategic problem-solving, and the knowledge and understanding of implementing a brand across multiple channels. You will generate and lead innovative ideas and design solutions as a collaborative team. Your unique perspective and contributions will inspire and challenge clients and creative teams, encouraging them to take bold and courageous steps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects and collaborate closely with the team to conceptualise and execute design solutions that meet client objectives and align with brand strategies.
• Lead brand strategy discussions and assist in developing comprehensive branding solutions for clients.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in talking and presenting to clients.
• Ability to build client relationships, embedding yourself in a collaborative culture to help with creative output and business growth.
• Apply our solutions across various digital, print, and environment applications.
• To create engaging motion graphics and animations, proficiently use the Adobe Suite, emphasising After Effects (knowledge of Blender or C4D is highly desirable).
• Apply expertise in Figma and UX/UI workflows to develop wireframes and prototypes that enhance user experiences and drive engagement.
• Maintain a keen understanding of design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our work’s quality and innovation.
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
