ABOUT THE ROLE

Senior designers are at the heart of our creative process. From creating the big ideas and stories that simplify complexity and inspire emotion, to the design craft that brings them to life in the real world.

You’ll play a key role across many projects, from visual and verbal identity to digital and physical applications.

Working closely with other designers, writers, strategists, and client managers, you’ll progress projects at every stage; demonstrating ownership and exceptional organisation and communication from concept to delivery. You’ll lead by example and inspire those around you.

ABOUT YOU

You’re established in the industry, with great work from leading agencies.

Big ideas and storytelling are at the heart of your approach.

You think and speak with clarity. You can distill a complex brief into something exciting, edit your own ideas to focus on the best, and present with authority.
You’re naturally positive and proactive, bringing great energy to team and client relationships.

Your talent comes without ego. Your beautiful, commercially effective work comes from empathy with our clients and theirs. You listen and welcome constructive criticism.

You can own multiple projects, manage your time well, and ensure delivery to a high standard with a keen eye for detail.

You demonstrate a multi-discipline design approach – experienced in designing for both physical and digital spaces.

You can be a role model to the junior team members –  showing aptitude to mentor and develop their skills and horizons.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• c.£45-55K depending on experience
