Fantastic opportunity to join our London Brand and Product Marketing team. We’re looking for a strong creative copywriter with 5+ years experience working as a creative copywriter within a creative agency or design studio. This is a great opportunity to create and define exciting and versatile copy across our brands for everything from ATL, digital advertising, interactive content, websites, email marketing, product, video scripts, headlines, landing pages, social media, customer marketing, events and to evolve the tone of voice for our brands. We’re looking for someone with a strong conceptual mind, an ability to ideate and develop ideas that help drive and solve our brand and product needs.

About you:
• 5+ years experience working across big brands with a varied portfolio of well constructed creative copy
• Detail-oriented and ideas-driven, you write creative, strategic, compelling content and understand the nuances and importance of brand tone of voice
• Passionate about writing and have an excellent portfolio of creative ideas
• You have the flexibility and drive to contribute across a multitude of projects, adapting style and tone based to audience
• You’re a brilliant writer, communicator and creative thinker who enjoys telling a story in your work and can communicate complex ideas and rationale behind your work with confidence
• Experience with brand building campaign ideation and multi-channel marketing
• Ability to plan, work and manage multiple projects, your own time and deliverables with a high degree of autonomy

About the role:
• Creating exciting and versatile copy for everything from campaigns, to social media, creative headlines, slogans, straplines and body copy for digital, print advertising and campaigns, writing for web advertising, social media, video scripts, briefs, advertising visuals and TV
• Flexibility to write for different audiences, channels, brands and TOV
• You have experience managing other copywriters and overseeing their work
• Working with global teams, you’ll seek to develop a strong understanding of content localisation and how to maintain a unified voice across different languages
• You will be forming narratives and strategies for the campaigns you own and seeing projects and campaigns through from ideation to delivery
• Have a sound understanding of SEO and how to shape and improve written content
• Have strong communication and working relationships with designers and marketing teams to create effective campaigns
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, target audiences, competitors and activities with customer experience at the forefront of your work
• Owning and taking part in creative brainstorming sessions with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure the highest standards of quality are consistently achieved across your work
• Tracking performance and understanding the business impact of your work

Key Attributes:
• Excellent grammar, written and interpersonal skills and relationship management are essential for dealing with people at all levels
• Attention to detail and brilliant writing, proofing and editing skills and ability to adapt content and style to suit different audiences
• Excellent English language skills are a must. German, Italian would be advantageous
• Ability to write clear, creative, persuasive, original copy
• You can easily shift the tone and structure of your copy depending on the digital channel for which you are writing
• Experience writing copy for B2C or B2B
• Excellent at creating content to generate quality leads and conversions
• Ability to work across variety of online and offline media, working in partnership with creative teams and stakeholders to interpret their briefs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and brands, working on several campaigns simultaneously
• Strong team player with high self-motivation and positive ‘can-do’ attitude, who can deliver high value output independently
• Marketing experience

Software skills:

• Adept across Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in Adobe CS a bonus
• Confident using Content Management Systems
