To support our ambitious commercial goals, we’re expanding our world-class design team to drive the next stage in our development. You’ll be joining our creative studio, supporting the award winning Marketing function working in a small, agile team alongside Visual, Motion and Content Designers to help us revolutionise the travel experience.

Successfully working in a sprint-based approach overseen by a Creative Planner, they are responsible for the end-to-end visual standards of the brand. Bringing insight, fresh know-how and mentoring others, it’ll be your task to work with and develop brand guidelines to generate highly effective, out-performing creative assets in a mixture of formats, whether type, layout, photography, motion and video in the right combination for the project in hand.

Other responsibilities include:

• Creatively leading designs from concept through to delivery using a range of working methods and formats (static, motion graphic and video)

We’re looking for creative big thinkers with small egos to push what’s possible and achieve record results. As an experienced and passionate Designer, you’ll bring a rich knowledge base filled with ideas and approaches in designing for a range of performance marketing channels. You’re currently working for an external marketing agency or in-house for a marketing team, designing for well-established brands. You’ll know what ‘great’ looks like and drive towards that relentlessly.

We deploy new campaigns at speed and employ a ‘test & learn’ mentality around our approach to marketing. As such, experience of using optimisation processes to continually get to the heart of what’s working is a key skill to bring with you. Having an understanding of the wider business’ activities will help you in your tactical decision making. Success here, is positively impacting our growth, not just about delivering campaigns.
