This role is an opportunity to be part of the talented and innovative team putting Middlesex University on the map and to join our newly formed Commercial Group, with expanded marketing and communications resource. Based at our campus in Hendon, North London, the team works collectively to raise awareness of Middlesex University and support student recruitment targets, as well as drive our reputational goals.
We are looking for an ambitious Digital and Content Assistant to join our team with experience of making video, image-led and written storytelling content. You’ll provide support to two Digital and Content Producers and the Brand Communications and Content Manager to plan, create and curate content for our social media communities, website and blogs that shows people what we’re all about and brings our campaigns to life. Plus, you’ll have ideas for how to engage our mature students, alumni and other stakeholders.
You’ll know what makes good social media and website content and use your knowledge to do different things every day – from capturing events on social to filming interviews with students to tweeting about research collaborations. To keep everything running smoothly, you’ll provide essential administrative support for the Brand Communications and Content team.
