A fantastic role for a strategically minded Senior Creative Designer
This agency directs and creates internal communications at all levels (from boardroom to shop floor, digital to live events), to tell a business story for clients across many different sectors.
This will suit a Senior Designer that has a folio with creative, robust and campaignable ideas.
A client-facing role, your ideas need to be relevant, robust and most importantly, campaignable. You should be able to identify and communicate with employees of all levels. Working on ideas that are engaging and that ultimately enable them to develop a better understanding of the overall purpose of their organisation’s work and goals.
You will be surrounded by some seriously smart people in a small design team. Day to day you will be art directing and designing printed work, film, video, motion graphics and digital assets. The output will be broad and varied, but bespoke according to the message. This agency likes designers that have broad interests and want to get involved in all aspects of communication – right down to production.
They relish those who have interesting and unusual backgrounds either via previous roles or outside of work – a keen interest interest/experience in storytelling is key.
You will have around 5-10 years experience already demonstrating your own initiative to establish and develop a brief.
