We’re working with a global communications agency to find a talented middleweight designer to join one of their studios with a focus on creating work that tackles sensitive, complex, and important Worldwide topics and issues.

This is an opportunity to make work that has a real impact and would suit someone who is curious, interested, and passionate about behavioral change and how this can be achieved through purposeful design. You’d be joining a focused and talented team delivering campaigns with both print and digital elements as well as brand identities, design systems, and corporate communications. You’ll have the chance to work on projects from conceptual stages, initiating designs and creative routes as well as developing and crafting existing projects as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

As an established middle-weight we’d like you to be an adaptable and versatile designer, full of ideas and problem-solving skills for the more complex and engaging projects but equally comfortable picking up smaller, day-to-day design tasks with a quick turnaround. You’ll have the opportunity to work with geographically and culturally diverse teams on meaningful and issue-based projects making this a rewarding and engaging role for someone looking for a new challenge.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Would be an established mid-weight with similar creative studio experience.
  • Needs to be proficient in Arabic.
  • Has a keen eye for design detail, layout, and typography.
  • Is comfortable working across different disciplines and design formats.
  • Has great communication skills and is confident presenting ideas and design work internally with a clear rationale and purpose.
  • Is genuinely interested and engaged in current World affairs.
