We are looking to engage a creative, organised, and self-motivated Middleweight Graphic Designer to apply the Legatum Institute brand across a wide selection of internal and external communications touchpoints. The post-holder will be responsible for the creation of digital and printed marketing collateral such as reports, briefings, brochures, methodology documentation, infographics, fact sheets, presentations, and event invitations, as well as for overseeing outsourced design projects as needed.

We Need You…

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious graphic designer to join our growing team. You will work closely with our Head of Design and 2 Designers on a broad spectrum of digital design, The team is responsible for the creation, upkeep and optimisation of our growing portfolio of in-house ecommerce brands. We are looking for someone with the ability to jump between projects ranging from email to UI to packaging design, and everything in between.

A large portion of the role will involve taking ownership over email content design. You will use your established skills to create and support the delivery of email content for the marketing team. You will design email templates, use those templates to create designs for a range of emails, and then create those emails using email building software.

You will also be responsible for assisting on UI projects which involve designing and optimising our ecommerce website and product landing pages. Conversion optimisation is at the heart of what we do here at Cofoundant and is an integral aspect to the design teams role. Any existing experience in designing for conversion is a bonus.

We aren’t looking for someone who just fills a gap in the team. We want someone with ambition to grow within the company and proactively recognise areas which can be improved through design. The role will be mostly project based with the life cycle of projects being anything from a few hours to several months and the expectation would be to work on several projects at a time.

We’re on a mission to change the face of cyber security education for young adults and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join as Product Team Lead to help us do exactly that.

Originally built a few years ago, our flagship product, CyberStart, is an industry leading educational game used by over 200k students as part of programmes in the UK and US which are looking to help solve the cyber security skills shortage. We’re currently rebuilding the product and looking for a hands-on product designer to play a pivotal role in getting the new product launched and drive a robust product management process to ensure it goes from strength to strength.

Key responsibilities

Work with the CPO to take operational responsibility for implementing our product strategy, and be the on-point person for the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the product.

Manage the product team (made up of another product designer and a product manager) and oversee our product management framework, processes and tools.

Work with the leadership team, other team leads and the product manager to understand, prioritise and translate customer needs and business goals into an ambitious product roadmap.

Coordinate and communicate between the product team and heads of other teams (technology, marketing and operations) to ensure alignment on product goals.

Play a hands-on role in product design, working with the other product designer to create wireframes and prototypes, design and iterate components and UI’s (in Sketch, Figma or HTML/CSS).

Set a high bar for product design generally, pushing for consistency and quality across our product, and driving towards a world class product experience.

Your skills and qualifications

You’ll likely have a design related degree (product, interactive or digital) or similar in a related field, but more importantly you’ll have significant experience as a senior product designer in a digital agency and/or product company.

A strong product design portfolio which showcases the process, principles and research behind your best work is a must. We’re looking for a Senior Designer to work with an icon of the design industry at this long-established branding agency. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate branding experience that is not led by trends but a deep understanding of creating meaningful, ethical and purpose-driven brands. About You

We’re also keen to expand our video capabilities, so experience in animations is highly desired. A background in B2C marketing is also desirable but not essential.

  • Extensive experience working with typography/graphics in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and XD
  • A good working knowledge of Cinema 4d
  • A portfolio of well-designed motion graphics and graphic design
  • Examples of well-designed storyboards and style frames

  • A good eye for detail and consistency

What your responsibilities will be:

Every day presents new design challenges, so the design team are flexible and prepared for any brief that comes their way. As a designer/animator, your time will be split between graphic design and animation, so your responsibilities would include (but are not limited to): storyboarding, style frames, animation/ motion graphics, 3D modelling, video editing, graphic design, UI design, web design, asset creation, visualisation, 3D environments… and much more.

You will report to our Creative Director and will receive regular catch-ups and direction, but must have the initiative to work independently or with our account managers and project managers.

This is a new role – Global Canopy is expanding its communications team in line with its 2021-2026 strategy. Our goal is to build a world class communications function with a strong emphasis on turning our unique data into insights that can drive uptake and impact among key audiences in companies, financial institutions, governments and civil society: designing compelling content is core to this.

We have recently undertaken a brand re-fresh and so you will be responsible for championing this throughout the organisation. In addition, you will work across several brands and visual design systems including those belonging to Trase, Forest 500, TFND and ENCORE.

Your role will be two-fold. Firstly, you will be the principal producer of Global Canopy’s design work, including dedicating considerable time to creating new content as well as working with external suppliers. Secondly, you will coordinate the design pipeline.

You will play a central role in Global Canopy’s communications team; you will be a highly proficient designer, bring creative flair, positivity and innovation, and thrive in a busy environment. You will report to the Communications Lead, Core Communications.

You will have a strong appreciation of good design and be comfortable transforming research and data into eye catching outputs. You will be adaptable and solutions orientated in your approach. You will be comfortable working alongside senior leaders.

  • 3+ years experience in a digital role preferably in a digital agency or studio
  • Strong understanding of UX and UI practices and user centred design, including user stories, user flows and wireframing.
  • An interest or knowledge of front end development and web technologies not essential but would be preferred
  • Experience of working in close collaboration with development teams
  • Self-motivated, positive under pressure, with keen attention to detail and a strong personal drive to deliver quality work
  • Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Support interface creation, design and delivery as part of the design team and alongside the development team
