The Studio

An independent, award-winning studio focused on delivering outstanding communications work.  This is a well-put-together design team within a larger business working with a variety of global brands and clients across a range of different projects and sectors.  The agency offers a dynamic environment in a great location and offers hybrid working (2 days a week together in the studio and 3 days working from home).  You’ll have the support of some experienced seniors and the wider agency team in bringing to life projects ranging from brand identities to infographics, websites, reports, social posts and campaign visuals.

The Opportunity

This person plays a valuable role in the delivery of projects and should have a strong background in design, with exceptional skills in artwork creation.  You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality artwork for a range of platforms and formats, ensuring all creative output meets the highest standards and client expectations.  You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a driven and successful team to produce work you’re all proud of and will be responsible for checking the quality of the work before final stage delivery.  We’d expect you to be confident managing your own parts of a project, communicating with different stakeholders and partners throughout and meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.  You’ll have a degree of creative input and the chance to contribute to creative discussions and brainstorming sessions.
 

Our ideal candidate

Would be an established middleweight with experience in a similar role and design environment.

Has exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite. Any experience in motion and video editing would be beneficial too.

As well as excellent attention to detail and a good eye for design layout, typography and composition.

And an impressive folio showcasing artwork across different formats and disciplines.

Will need strong organisational skills and the confidence to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
