Globally renowned electronic music labels, Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep are responsible for breaking electronic music stars Ben Böhmer, Above & Beyond, Tinlicker and Eli & Fur among many others.  Alongside their recent ambient imprint Reflections, the Anjuna label family covers the full spectrum of electronic music from ambient and electronica through house, breakbeat and melodic techno and trance. We also manage our partner distribution labels This Never Happened, 17 Steps and Ophelia.

We are looking for an experienced content creative to join our creative team at our office in Bermondsey, London. Working across artist campaigns, label branded content & marketing actvations, the content creative will be responsible for creating video content across the business. You will own the video editing process, from concept, shooting, editing, all the way through to final delivery. This position offers a unique opportunity to join our dynamic creative team and help shape the companys visual output.

Involved Design (involved-design.com) is our in-house creative team. Working within a team of five designers, you will receive exposure to all aspects of the creative process within the electronic music scene. The team works across a variety of briefs and content creation on a daily basis, the ideal candidate will bring their knowledge of video and editing to our team and help elevate our brand and artist campaigns through engaging videos and content.

Responsibilities

  • Execute both long and short-form video projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategy and original video formats for storytelling across our channels
  • Take an active role in pre-production, brainstorming, storyboarding, and planning shoots
  • Contribute innovative ideas and techniques to enhance storytelling and the visual quality of assets
  • Create b-roll video beds for label-branded events and artist tour recaps
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and translate these into applicable content formats for our brand
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage workloads across multiple projects simultaneously.

What we’re looking for

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in producing, capturing, and editing video content, ideally within the music industry
  • Ability to approach a project from both a creative and production point of view, understanding what is required and how to achieve it
  • Great knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and an understanding of the types of content that resonate with audiences on each platform
  • Extremely organized, methodical, and proactive, paying strong attention to detail while working within brand guidelines
  • Enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to the team’s ideas
  • Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with experience using Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Willingness and ability to assist with day-to-day graphics briefs across the department
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take direction or work on your own initiative as required
  • Ability to prioritize, work on multiple projects, and be adaptable in a dynamic environment.
