- Creative artwork & craft: Produce accurate, beautifully crafted artwork across print, packaging and digital, maintaining the integrity and quality of the approved creative direction.
- Adaptation & production: Independently extend approved designs across suites of assets, layouts, formats, markets and channels. Work confidently across both high-volume production requirements and more bespoke, craft-led deliverables.

- Visualisation & image-making: Support the creative team with comps, mockups and client-ready visuals, including image retouching and manipulation where required.
- Quality control: Check your work thoroughly throughout the production process, identifying inconsistencies, technical issues and potential errors before delivery.
- Organisation & delivery: Proactively manage your time and workload across multiple projects and deadlines, maintaining clear, well-organised files, naming and version control, and communicating early when priorities, timings or requirements need clarification.
- Collaboration & communication: Work productively with designers, Client Services, clients, production partners and partner agencies, communicating clearly, seeking feedback, developing your skills and knowledge, and helping find solutions when challenges arise.
- Full-time role, 9:30am–6pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
