We are looking for a meticulous and technically skilled Creative Artworker to join our creative team. In this role, you will take design concepts and transform them into flawless, production-ready assets for both print and digital platforms. Your sharp eye for detail will ensure every file meets strict brand guidelines and technical specifications before release.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Execution: Prepare error-free, pre-press files for print and optimised assets for digital media.
  • Layout Refinement: Adjust typography, grid systems and page layouts across various formats and sizes.
  • Brand Quality Control: Enforce strict alignment with client brand guidelines regarding fonts, colours and logos.
  • Image Editing: Perform professional photo retouching, colour correction and image manipulation.
  • Presentation Design: Build, format and polish high-end PowerPoint presentation decks and templates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Graphic Designers, Strategists and Studio Manager to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: Proven track record working as a senior creative artworker within an agency or in-house studio.
  • Software Mastery: Boss-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop –  After Effects and Premiere a bonus.
  • Microsoft Office: Strong proficiency in creating and editing Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. 
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of print processes, colour management (CMYK/RGB/Pantone), layout, file optimisation. 
  • Attention to Detail: Proactive, exceptional proofing skills with a zero-tolerance approach to formatting errors.
