DESCRIPTION;
A London-based creative studio working across fashion, luxury and culture is looking for a Project Manager / Account Manager to join their team and help bring a range of creative and digital projects to life. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the link between clients and creative teams, keeping projects organised, on track and moving forward. You’ll work across a mix of digital and non-digital projects, building strong client relationships while making sure briefs are clearly understood and delivered to a high standard.
The right person will be organised, personable and hands-on, with a good understanding of creative processes and a genuine interest in fashion, luxury, lifestyle or hospitality. You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple projects, communicating with clients and working closely with designers, developers, creatives and production partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
· Act as a key point of contact for clients across a range of digital and creative projects.
· Help translate client briefs into clear scopes, timelines and project plans.
· Manage projects from briefing through to delivery, keeping teams and clients updated along the way.
· Coordinate internal creative teams and external partners to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
· Build positive, trusted relationships with clients and understand their brand, objectives and requirements.
· Run regular project check-ins, sharing updates, gathering feedback and helping to resolve any issues.
· Keep an eye on budgets, timelines and project scope, flagging any potential challenges early.
· Support quality control across deliverables, ensuring work is aligned with the brief and brand guidelines.
· Stay curious about the fashion, luxury, lifestyle and cultural landscape and bring fresh thinking to projects.
EXPERIENCE;
· Proven experience in a Project Management, Account Management or similar role within a creative agency, studio or luxury brand.
· Experience working across creative and digital projects such as websites, e-commerce, branding, campaigns and content.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
· Confident and personable communicator who enjoys working with both clients and creative teams.
· Good understanding of the creative process and how projects move from brief through to delivery.
· A genuine interest in fashion, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle and contemporary culture.
· Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
We review applications daily, which takes a great deal of time. Therefore only those suitable will be contacted (though we will endeavour to reply to everyone).
