Midweight Graphic Designer
London, hybrid · 2 days in studio
FTC, outside IR35 2–3 months, potential to extend · Full time
Description
Role requires a mid-weight Graphic Designer with a proven track record in branding, visual identity, and design across luxury hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, or culture someone who understands the level of thought, detail, and restraint required to create considered work for ambitious brands.
Our client is an intentionally small, senior-led independent creative consultancy with genuine momentum, particularly within luxury hospitality. They work closely with founders and business leaders across some of the most recognised names in high-end hotel groups, private members’ clubs, masterplan developments, and independent lifestyle brands globally. The work spans brand strategy, visual identity, creative development, and digital experiences, always held to an uncompromising standard of craft and taste.
The founders are increasingly working across creative direction and multiple projects simultaneously, and they are ready to build a longer-term relationship with the right designer. Someone they can nurture, who gets to know how they work, keeps pace with a small ambitious studio, and genuinely understands the nuances of luxury and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions across branding and identity projects
- Work across brand identities, visual systems, and creative applications from initial ideas through to final artwork
- Translate creative direction into considered, well-crafted design across print and digital touchpoints
- Develop presentations and client-facing materials that communicate creative ideas clearly
- Prepare final artwork and files to a high production standard
- Collaborate with external creative partners including photographers, illustrators, and developers as required
Experience:
- Proven graphic design experience within a branding agency, design studio, or creative consultancy
- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail
- Experience developing brand identities and visual systems from concept through to final application
- Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, or culture strongly preferred
We review each application daily, only suitable candidates will be contacted.
