London, Mayfair · Full time, 5 days in office · Permanent
Description
Role requires a junior to mid-weight Designer with a strong visual foundation, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for craft. Not someone who is almost there. Someone who is ready, and knows it.
Our client is a globally revered luxury house with an uncompromising standard of visual excellence. The Creative Director leading this team has spent a career at the very top of the industry and brings the same extraordinary eye to every single asset that leaves the studio. The standard here is not negotiable, but the environment is something rare. Calm, considered, and genuinely collaborative. The kind of creative leadership that brings out the best in people.
This is a broad, hands-on role spanning global brand communications across print, digital, OOH, social, e-commerce, packaging, gifting, retail activations, events, and presentations. The work is varied, the volume is real, and the craft required across every output is consistently exceptional. You will work closely with the Design Lead, the wider creative team, and production and retouching teams, gradually taking on greater ownership and creative responsibility as your confidence and contribution grow.
The right person shows up every day with the same care they bring to the work. Warm, meticulous, curious, and completely at ease receiving direction and turning it into something that exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop assets across social, digital, e-commerce, print, OOH, and presentations to an exceptional standard
- Interpret creative direction and execute with precision, consistency, and genuine craft
- Adapt and master campaign assets across multiple formats, channels, and international markets
- Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork for both print and digital
- Support social and motion asset development where required
- Liaise with internal teams, international markets, and production partners on briefs, feedback, and delivery
- Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint, from typography and layout to colour, imagery, and artwork
- Keep files, assets, and workflows organised and up to date across Trello and studio management tools
- Contribute ideas, references, and creative thinking throughout the design process
Experience:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual taste, typography, layout, composition, and image-led design
- Previous design experience within luxury, fashion, jewellery, beauty, editorial, or a premium creative environment
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Some knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a genuine interest in developing motion skills
- An understanding of artwork, retouching, and post-production workflows
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple briefs and shifting deadlines
- Clear communicator, collaborative by nature, and proactive in how they work
- A genuine and demonstrable interest in design, fashion, art, photography, and visual culture
- Warm, calm, and positive, someone who complements a considered and high-performing creative environment
