The Studio

Experiential agency working with an exciting roster of retail, hospitality and F&B clients seeks a designer to join the studio. This is small, experienced team who enjoy collaboration and experimentation. As a small studio you will get great exposure to different clients, challenges and disciplines. 

The role

You’ll work across core experiential projects, alongside the Creative Director, Design Directors and Senior Designers developing ideas and helping turn them into beautifully executed experiences. That could mean creating an identity for a pop-up, developing campaign graphics across a retail environment, designing signage and wayfinding, building a pitch deck, creating content for screens or social, or preparing final artwork for something that is about to go into production. You’ll support the senior team on larger projects, but this role requires someone capable of taking a brief or workstream and increasingly running with it independently. The role would suit someone with experience in the experiential space excited about retail, brands, pop ups and designing brands in the physical space. 

What we are looking for:

• An experienced designer with 4+ years in a busy experiential/events/retail focused studio. 
• A passion for brands and bringing brands to life in the physical space. 
• Content + digital curiosity — interested in motion, screens, social and emerging creative tools. 
• Amazing communications skills and a passion for creativity and sharing ideas. 
• Excellent hands- on design and artwork capabilities with impeccable attention to detail.
• Excellent skills across the Adobe Creative Cloud particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Experience with After Effects, Figma or other motion/content tools would be a real advantage. SketchUp or other 3D experience would be a bonus 
• A fast, accurate and disciplined designer. 
• A great team player someone who is highly collaborative and enjoys contributing ideas and getting stuck in at pitch/concept stages.
