The Studio

A creative studio for brands that refuse to blend in. Delivering campaigns, social content, digital advertising and creative rollout. They are employee owned, so everyone there holds a stake in the work and a say in how the studio runs. Their people bring the judgement and the craft. They invest in the tools and the training that take the grind out of production, so the work stays distinctive and the pace stays high. 2 days onsite, 3 days WFH.

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a conceptually strong, culturally switched-on Midweight Designer to join their creative studio, making stand-out work for a roster of global CPG brands. You’ll have razor-sharp taste and a genuine feel for what resonates with a modern, Gen Z-aware audience – someone who makes content that feels native to how people actually scroll, save and share, not repurposed from a bigger campaign.

The Work

• Develop stand-out, strategically-aligned creative from brief to completion – static, interactive, quiz units and layered editorial-style collage
• Create video, from simple cutdowns to technical executions like rotoscoping and “breakthrough” effects
• Generate on-brand lifestyle assets using GenAI tools (e.g. Figma Weave), with real care for brand IP accuracy
• Take on feedback fast and manage multiple brands against tight deadlines
• Collaborate closely with Creative Leads and client stakeholders, and act as a genuinely good studio citizen – sharing skills and helping others as you go

The Ideal Candidate

• A portfolio with real cultural fluency – work made for a Gen Z audience, not adapted for them
• Strong CPG / brand advertising experience, plus collage, editorial or moodboard-style work
• Confident Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop and After Effects essential)
• A self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently and taking feedback well
• Figma / Figma Weave or GenAI experience a plus; 3D/C4D a bonus
