Award-winning independent branding agency who create beautifully crafted digitally-led work for challenger clients in the B2B space are seeking an experienced senior account manager to join their team. 

Based in the centre of London and working with ambitious clients around the world, this agency prides themselves on championing big ideas in the fields of tech, finance, sustainability and more. 

The Opportunity

This is a brilliant opportunity for a delivery-led senior account manager. Within this role you will take day-to-day ownership of a portfolio of complex projects where you will work alongside the creative, strategy and digital teams. You’ll turn business needs into clear briefs and well-run programmes, maintaining pace, quality and commercial control from scope through to final delivery. 

This role is a hybrid mix of brand and campaign delivery and corporate reporting, with around 40% of the role focused on the reporting side. It’s key for this role that the successful candidate has previous experience working in this area. 

The Ideal Candidate

Has at least 5 years’ experience working in a client services capacity in a creative agency. Previous experience with corporate reporting is essential. 

Is able to translate client briefs into clear project plans, deliverables, responsibilities, milestones, budgets and measures of success. 

Build and manage detailed timelines, dependencies and resource requirements across multiple concurrent workstreams. 

Co-ordinate across teams and projects to keep projects moving and deliver them on time and on budget. 

Is a people person able to build relationships, manage feedback and resolve problems.
