We are looking for a talented mid-level to senior designer to join our team.

Jubba is an experiential agency based in Shoreditch and our designer is leaving for pastures new after a long and fruitful time here.

The Senior Designer would be responsible for conceptualising, designing and developing creative routes that bring brand experiences to life visually. The role involves working closely with producers and external suppliers such as printers, set designers and freelance designers to turn creative concepts into practical, well-executed design assets.

They must work closely with account teams to translate a client’s vision into reality, whilst offering strategic counsel on materials, finishes and techniques that strengthen both the design and its delivery. Where clients have established brand guidelines or a clear creative direction, the Senior Designer will act as a brand guardian, ensuring the identity is executed accurately and consistently across all touch-points.

As the sole designer in the office, you would need to be very organised and patient, able to organise your time and communicate to the team, making sure they understand when the work will be done and managing your schedule efficiently, but the team are very easy going.

It’s a lovely, friendly team and it’s a lively office, so would suit people who are outgoing and happy to join in.

Agency and Brand experience essential, events experience would be a bonus. A very good understanding of how particular brands are about their brand assets and guidelines is crucial.

You would also be heavily involved in the internal Jubba design processes, making sure that anything that leaves the office with our name on it looks great.

5+ years experience.

Experience in Adobe suite essential, AI experience would be great.

Hybrid – Work in the office 3 days a week, 2 days at home.
