About us
We’re a boutique independent market research and strategy consultancy that helps organisations around the world create change. We deliver industry-leading work for blue-chip clients across sectors including tech, telco, motorsport, industrial services and finance, across both B2B and B2C audiences.
Our work is thoughtful, creative and highly visual. We help clients understand complex topics clearly, often through beautifully designed PowerPoint reports, pitch decks, white papers, infographics, leave-pieces and other presentation-led outputs. As we move into the age of intelligence, we want you to help us maintain high standards during the process of integrating AI into our workflows.
The role
We’re looking for a full-time PowerPoint / Presentation Designer (We are always looking to add freelancers to our roster), with 1–6 years’ experience, ideally in an agency, consultancy, research or presentation-heavy environment.
The most important thing is that you are exceptional in PowerPoint. You know how to make slides look polished, balanced and considered. You can take a rough structure, research findings or strategic thinking and turn it into a clear, engaging and visually strong presentation.
You’ll be working across client reports, pitch decks, credentials presentations, marketing collateral and occasional social content. Much of the work involves designing detailed PowerPoint reports, so you’ll need to be comfortable handling information-heavy slides and making them feel clear, sharp and easy to understand.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Design, Nick, who is currently based in Australia, as well as our team of researchers, strategists and marketers in London. We’re a tightly knit team, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys collaboration, asks good questions and takes pride in getting the fine details right.
This is a hybrid role based from our central London office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll be designing and refining PowerPoint presentations for client reports, pitches, proposals and internal materials.
- You’ll help turn research findings, strategic ideas and sometimes messy information into clear, compelling and well-structured slides.
- You’ll work with researchers and strategists to understand the context behind the content, not just make slides look good.
- You’ll make sure every deck is polished, consistent, accurate and on-brand.
- You’ll be excited about the integration of AI into your workstream, be on the pulse with new releases and inspire the team to do better work, quicker
- You’ll support on all aspects of design work, not just presentations. Social media carousels, short reports, infographics, internal brand identity work, video and website management.
- You’ll have a voice, bring ideas for how we can make our work clearer, more creative and more impactful.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have excellent PowerPoint skills and can design professional, high-quality decks quickly and accurately.
- Have a strong eye for layout, hierarchy, balance, typography and visual storytelling.
- Can understand context and meaning, not just apply design. You should be able to look at a slide and think: “What is this really trying to say?”
- Have strong attention to detail and care about consistency, alignment, formatting, spelling and polish.
- You’re super organised, a good communicator and a safe pair of hands.
- Can manage multiple projects at once and stay organised when deadlines are moving.
- Have experience producing on-brand White Papers and long form documents. (within InDesign)
- Are confident taking feedback from different people and using it to improve the work.
- Are positive, curious, proactive and willing to muck in where needed.
- Have a portfolio that shows strong presentation design, report design, pitch decks, white papers or similar work.
Nice to have
- Experience in a research, strategy, consulting, marketing or agency environment.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign – as well as Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience Adobe Premiere (or similar) and produced short-form video, animation, or social content.
- An interest in AI tools and how they can improve design, workflow or storytelling.
What we offer
- A fun, collaborative and ambitious team.
- The chance to work on interesting projects for some of the world’s biggest and most exciting companies.
- An environment where we are always looking to push boundaries and produce the best possible work for our clients.
- 26 days’ holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
- A hybrid working structure, with 2-3 office days in central London on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- Some flexibility around working hours, with 9am–6pm as the standard working day.
