Key Responsibilities:
Studio & Project Coordination
- Manage the flow of projects through the studio from briefing to delivery.

- Maintain and update project dashboards and status reports.
- Coordinate internal resources and scheduling across multiple projects.
- Ensure project files, assets and documentation are accurately organised and archived.
Client & Team Liaison
- Act as a key point of contact between clients and the studio team.
- Schedule meetings, workshops and project reviews.
- Prepare agendas, notes and follow-up actions where required.
- Support the Creative Director with project administration and coordination.
Studio Operations
- Maintain studio systems, processes and filing structures.
- Organise boardroom bookings, venue reservations and meeting logistics.
- Support with supplier coordination and general studio administration.
- Assist with project paperwork and document management.
- Identify opportunities to improve studio efficiency and workflow.
- Coordinate the management of bid and tender materials, including the receipt, organisation, tracking and distribution of client documentation, ensuring deadlines, submission requirements and supporting assets are clearly communicated to the project team.
About You:
You’ll be highly organised, calm under pressure and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You’ll enjoy bringing structure to creative environments and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a Studio Manager, Traffic Manager, Project Coordinator or Operations role within a creative, design, branding or agency environment.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team culture.
If you’re passionate about organisation, enjoy supporting creative teams and want to play a central role in delivering exceptional work, we’d love to hear from you.
