We’re partnering with a fast-growing food and lifestyle brand on the search for a Senior Designer to join their expanding in-house creative team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly conceptual designer with a strong eye for both design and photography, who enjoys building brands across multiple touchpoints. Working closely with the Creative Director, you’ll help shape and elevate the creative vision across digital, print, packaging, campaigns, CRM, social, editorial, film titles and OOH, ensuring every piece of work feels distinctive, consistent and culturally relevant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and oversee assets across social media, CRM, website, packaging, campaigns and broader brand communications.
• Lead creative projects from concept through to delivery, maintaining exceptional creative standards throughout.
• Develop and execute visual concepts across digital, print and experiential brand touchpoints.
• Create mood boards, creative treatments, layouts and visual references to bring ideas to life.
• Champion and evolve the visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, creative, strategy and production teams to deliver best-in-class creative solutions.
• Mentor and support junior team members, helping to elevate the overall creative output of the department.
• Explore and integrate AI-led creative tools and workflows to enhance ideation, efficiency and creative execution.
• Contribute to campaign concepts, content creation and wider brand storytelling initiatives.
EXPERIENCE:
• Significant experience within a Designer role within an F&B or Lifestyle brand
• Exceptional graphic design skills with strong conceptual thinking and outstanding attention to detail.
• A highly trained eye for design, typography, layout and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of photography and how imagery contributes to brand building.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Demonstrable experience incorporating AI tools into creative workflows and design processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Excellent organisation and project management capabilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience working across both digital and print environments.
