The Role
We’re looking for a motion-first creative who can also deliver across static digital formats. This is a hands-on role with real breadth — but motion design is the heartbeat of it. You’ll be producing high-quality video and animated assets for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with static work (social, display, email) as a complementary part of the mix.
Beyond the craft, this role carries genuine responsibility. You’ll be a credible face of the creative team in client conversations — presenting work, fielding feedback, and communicating creative decisions with clarity and confidence. You’ll also support our junior designers and help raise the standard of motion output across the team.

Responsibilities
Motion Design & Video Production (Primary Focus)
- Concept, animate, and deliver motion graphics across paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and digital display this is the majority of your workload.
- Create scroll-stopping video ads, kinetic typography, animated stills, and branded motion content tailored to each platform’s format and audience.
- Edit and post-produce video content using Premiere Pro, including trimming, colour grading, captioning, and audio sync.
- Stay ahead of motion trends on TikTok and Reels, bringing fresh ideas and formats into the creative mix.
- Build and maintain motion templates that allow for efficient scaling of animated assets across campaigns.
Graphic Design & Creative Production
- Produce polished static assets across paid social, display ads, web banners, and email campaigns — complementing the motion workload.
- Adapt and scale assets across formats, sizes, and platforms without compromising on quality or brand consistency.
- Contribute to creative testing and iteration in collaboration with paid media and strategy teams, helping to drive performance-led creative decisions.
Client & Team
- Participate in client-facing discussions — presenting creative work, articulating design decisions, and managing feedback with professionalism.
- Support and mentor junior designers, reviewing motion and static outputs and helping maintain consistent creative standards.
- Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, communicating progress proactively in a fast-paced agency environment.
About You
Essential
- A portfolio with strong motion design at its core — ideally demonstrating paid social video, animated ads, or branded motion content for digital platforms.
- Expert-level After Effects; highly proficient in Premiere Pro. This is non-negotiable.
- Solid graphic design skills across digital channels (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) — you can do both, but motion is your lead.
- A strong grasp of what makes motion content perform on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube — from pacing and format to hooks and calls to action.
- Comfortable in client-facing situations: able to present work confidently, take feedback gracefully, and hold your own in a room.
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior creatives, with an eye for quality and a constructive approach to feedback.
- Able to balance multiple projects at pace, communicating clearly with internal teams and clients about priorities and timelines.
- Detail-oriented, with consistent output quality whether working on a hero concept or scaling motion templates at volume.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
- Experience with 3D motion tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) or character animation.
- Awareness of or experience with creative automation tools like Celtra.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and performance-driven creative strategies.
- Copywriting ability — experience developing ad copy alongside visual assets.
- An interest in emerging formats, particularly on TikTok and newer digital channels.
- Enthusiasm for AI and how it can enhance your motion and creative workflow.
