Who we are

Prime Property is on a mission to redefine the search for Britain’s finest homes. We connect motivated buyers with exceptional on and off-market homes, in partnership with leading agents and developers. In March 2026 we launched our platform, and we have entered an exciting new stage of growth.

Everything we do is shaped around the needs of buyers. We curate a collection of the finest homes and care deeply about how they are introduced to the people who are meant to find them. Design is not an afterthought here. It is central to who we are and what sets us apart.

The opportunity

We have a strong design foundation already in Figma. We are looking for someone to work with us long-term to develop our platform further, introducing new features, refining existing flows, and continuously raising the bar on quality and experience.

You will work directly with the Founder and development team. There is genuine creative ownership on offer here, and real scope to grow with the platform as the business scales. If you are ambitious, highly skilled, and energised by the idea of shaping a luxury product from the inside, this is for you.

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve an existing Figma design system, extending it thoughtfully as the product grows
• Design new pages, features, user flows, and components with the same level of polish already set
• Identify opportunities to improve flows, simplify journeys, and elevate the overall experience
• Collaborate closely with the Founder and developers, translating ideas into considered, buildable designs
• Work flexibly and iteratively as the product and business priorities evolve

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience designing luxury or premium digital products, ideally in real estate, lifestyle, or members-only platforms
• Advanced Figma skills. You are fluent in component-based design systems and making the complex look clean
• A portfolio that demonstrates genuine craft and deep thinking about the audience
• Strong UX instincts alongside polished visual design. You think in journeys, not just screens
• Exceptional attention to detail. You will notice the things others miss and care deeply about the work you do
• The ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate with a high degree of trust

Bonus if you have

• Experience and knowledge of the luxury property market
• Marketplace, members-only or curated platform experience
