We are working with an independent creative studio redefining luxury hospitality through immersive, story-led design. They’re looking to collaborate with talented freelance midweight designers across a range of upcoming projects.

The facts:

This studio brings together expertise across branding, F&B strategy and interior design. Their work covers boutique hotels, restaurants, bars and cultural destinations.

Operating at the premium and luxury end of the market, they work with ambitious clients to build complete brand worlds from initial concept and narrative through to fully realised spatial experiences.

They’re looking for designers who understand how to translate brand thinking into immersive environments, where story, space and sensory detail come together beautifully. 

You’ll be:

• Developing strong, concept-driven ideas rooted in brand and narrative
• Translating brand strategy into immersive, experience-led environments
• Designing across multiple touchpoints – from identity systems to spatial and physical applications
• Thinking beyond the purely visual, considering how materials, atmosphere and sensory cues shape the overall experience
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including strategy, interiors and production

You’ll have:

• Solid midweight experience within a branding or creative agency
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and high-quality execution
• Experience working with premium or luxury brands, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle or experiential design
• An interest in, or experience with, spatial, experiential or hospitality design
• Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills
• Confidence working across a range of touchpoints, including print, digital and physical environments
