We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join Catalyst’s Creative team. We are a fast growing agency with major clients such as Nestle, Warner Bros, Tui, Vitality.

We’re looking for an integrated designer who’s also comfortable taking on a leadership position with our Design team, supporting our Design Director to manage the team, push standards even higher and help to continue to foster our collaborative culture. Example day-to-day role expectations:

-Develop creative concepts and visual directions for integrated campaigns
-Design and deliver high-quality assets across social, digital, and print
-Ensure brand consistency across all outputs for clients like Nestlé, Warner Bros., TUI, and Vitality
-Support and occasionally lead art direction on campaigns and shoots
-Review and guide junior designers’ work to maintain high creative standards
-Present work internally and to clients, explaining design rationale clearly
-Collaborate across teams to deliver projects on time and to brief
-Contribute to raising creative quality and improving team processes

We have hybrid working and our mandatory office days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.  We’re based in Farringdon, right next to the station.
