The Studio

Our client an interior design business seeks a middleweight designer to join their in-house creative team. This role is based five days a week onsite in central London. You’ll be joining a dynamic and creative environment where there is lots of opportunity for career progression.

The role

We’re seeking a conceptual thinker who excels in collaborative work who is also highly motivated when working independently. The ideal candidate should have a background in graphic design and a desire to leverage this core skillset to deliver dynamic pitch decks, print work, and environmental branding.

You will work with project and studio teams to deliver and provide advice on the best use of visual communications. This business strives for design excellence and currently focus on creating engaging layouts in proposal publications to win new work contending in local markets. The key objective is to enhance user experience in all visual representations, including event and marketing collateral, media campaigns, and award submissions

You will work closely with the team and use your design and production capabilities to produce pitch winning documents. A high level of proficiency in In-Design is key as well as great skills in Illustrator and Photoshop. As well as this you will also work into the inhouse creative marketing team and support the creative director on ad hoc design projects from time to time. 

What we are looking for

• Excellent level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
• At-least three years commercial experience as a graphic designer. 
• Experience working across print and digital projects. 
• Experience working across pitch/proposal documents.
• Experience working across environmental graphics and wayfinding.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise different tasks depending on what resources are available to meet a range of potentially conflicting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
• Excellent skills in layout design and exp working with complex information.
