The Studio
An in-house, multidisciplinary Creative Studio dedicated to shaping one of the most aspirational heritage brands in high-performance sport.
The studio’s focus and mission are to creatively push the brand into a wider cultural landscape. From sport to music, art, style and design, the studio creates work that resonates emotionally with a global fanbase while setting new creative benchmarks.
The team brings together creative, editorial, spatial, events and production specialists who collaborate to build a brand that is as culturally influential as it is competitive. They deliver highly successful creative outcomes through their ambitious thinking, elevated taste levels and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
They offer hybrid working arrangements and are together in the Studio 3 days a week with the flexibility to work from home on the other 2 days. There would occasionally be an opportunity to travel.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join the Studio and help bring the visual world of the brand to life across every touchpoint.
Working across brand campaigns, marketing communications and live experiences, this role blends motion design, storytelling and high-end visual craft. You will contribute to the creation of moving image, motion graphics and 3D design across digital, social, experiential and event environments, helping to shape how the brand expresses itself visually to audiences around the world.
As part of a highly collaborative creative team, you will work closely with colleagues across marketing, partnerships, editorial and production — developing ideas, building visual concepts and delivering refined, culturally relevant creative work that reflects a premium and aspirational aesthetic.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a brand operating at the intersection of sport, luxury and culture — pushing creative boundaries while helping to define how a globally recognised name shows up on the world stage.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Should be a highly skilled motion designer with strong experience across motion graphics, animation and 3D, with advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) and working knowledge of Blender and Cinema 4D.
- Has a refined aesthetic, with experience creating work for premium, luxury, lifestyle or sport brands where visual quality and cultural awareness are paramount.
- Has strong visual storytelling skills and design experience, including typography, composition, branding and creative concept development across digital, print and experiential media.
- Will be confident translating an established brand identity into compelling motion content, producing work that feels modern, innovative and culturally connected.
- Needs to be a collaborative and communicative team player, comfortable presenting creative ideas, contributing to brainstorming sessions and working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Should be highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects and deliver exceptional work to tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
