Senior Brand & Graphic Designer
Garden is a London-based global branding consultancy. We are an experienced and collaborative team of around 25 people, working on new and exciting brands across many sectors and regions of the world.
We are looking for a talented Senior Brand & Graphic Designer to join our London creative team. You will be highly creative, conceptual and versatile – someone who can craft contemporary logos, think across multiple mediums, and produce high-quality visuals and presentations.
We are seeking a team player with a positive attitude and no ego. You will be fast, reliable and confident working across a wide range of projects – from B2B and B2C brands to retail, not-for-profit, digital and packaging. One moment you may be developing a brand for a niche, fashion-led retail concept, the next for a serious government organisation.
The right person will enjoy collaborating with the team to brainstorm ideas, while also being comfortable taking guidance from both a Creative Director and Brand Strategist. Your role will be to help turn ideas into compelling design and support Garden in continuing to create distinctive, relevant brands.
Alongside larger creative projects, there will also be day-to-day tasks that keep the studio running smoothly. These include preparing presentations and credentials, creating master marks, and generally contributing wherever needed.
You will need:
5+ years’ agency experience
An exceptional and versatile portfolio
Strong skills across the core Adobe design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
A genuine passion for contemporary brands, packaging and environments – the kind of person whose Instagram feed is full of design inspiration
The ability to manage and guide other designers

What we will be looking for
A portfolio that demonstrates outstanding typography, brand thinking and creative originality. We want to see work that is conceptually driven and visually distinctive – the kind of ideas you don’t see every day.
