The Studio
Our client is a fast-growing London-based B2B events business that has evolved from an ambitious start-up into a global leader in delivering innovative international events. They specialise in the luxury travel sector, creating highly curated experiences and building engaged communities around niche travel markets.
Their in-house creative studio brings together art directors, designers and producers to deliver standout global trade shows, immersive event environments and a growing portfolio of membership-based experiences.
The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead the creative strategy and delivery of their global events portfolio. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the creative vision, guiding a multidisciplinary team and delivering world-class event experiences.
Working closely with event, marketing and leadership teams, you will define the creative direction across events, campaigns and brand touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and high-impact output.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the creative vision across events and campaigns
- Guide concept development, storytelling and brand expression
- Lead, mentor and inspire the internal creative team
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across events and marketing
- Oversee design across environments, staging, layouts and brand assets
- Approve final creative concepts and ensure brand consistency
- Manage creative budgets and production resources
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Creative Director, Head of Creative or similar leadership role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating large-scale event or experiential concepts
- Experience working with premium or high-end brands
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Experience across campaigns and ideally live events or experiential design
