We’re a brand-new creative startup partnering with a major global stadium and arena operator – crafting bold marketing, sales and bid visuals across F&B, hospitality and live events.

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Creative Designer to drive design excellence, mentor a team of 2–3 designers, and oversee work spanning presentations, campaigns, branding and document design — while shaping and elevating our expanding creative team.

The Role

• Lead creative output across key projects, pitches and marketing collateral
• Manage and mentor designers, ensuring quality and consistency
• Take and shape client briefs into high-impact visual storytelling
• Oversee the design of presentations, templates and branded materials
• Collaborate closely with the creative director, strategists, architects and project leads
• Maintain exceptional standards of craft, detail and brand integrity

You’ll Bring

• 7–10+ years’ agency or studio experience
• Proven experience leading designers and managing creative workflows
• Strong expertise in typography, layout and brand storytelling
• Advanced Adobe CC and PowerPoint skills
• Confidence presenting to clients and articulating creative rationale
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style suited to a small agency environment
