The Studio

A small/agile creative studio, who work with some of the worlds brand experiences, branding, innovation sprints, content creation, and design-led developments for some of the world’s most exciting FMCG, beauty and lifestyle brands. The studio manage and create brand experiences, branding, innovation sprints, content creation, and design-led developments. The studio currently work in a hybrid way (1 day onsite in London).

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a culturally sharp, creatively driven Account Manager/Creative Producer to join a growing studio, someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy and delivery. This role sits at the centre of how the ideas come to life across brand experiences, branding, innovation sprints, content creation and design-led developments for leading FMCG, beauty and lifestyle brands. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative and Strategy from the outset, helping shape ideas while supporting the production approach that delivers them with their signature agency’s “magic”. This is not a pure production role, it’s a hybrid position for someone who thinks conceptually but understands how great work gets made.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production & Delivery

  • Support projects across all production phases: timelines, budgets, workflows, supplier sourcing, logistics and build feasibility.
  • Contribute to translating creative concepts into structured, executable production plans.
  • Source, brief and coordinate external partners (fabricators, makers, prop houses, florists, AV, print, stylists, talent, etc.).
  • Assist with pre-production, shoots, installs and live build days as required — maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Own smaller workstreams or suppliers independently where appropriate.

2. Creative Development & Strategic Input

  • Partner with Creative and Strategy from early stages to help shape concepts, storylines, experience flows and brand worlds.
  • Bring a strategic lens to projects: audience insight, cultural awareness, storytelling clarity and competitive understanding.
  • Support the development of concept decks, moodboards, lookbooks, experience frameworks, run-of-show documents and creative specifications.
  • Contribute actively to brainstorms and ideation sessions, offering a hybrid creative–strategic perspective.

3. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Support client communications with clear updates, structured thinking and proactive problem-solving.
  • Confidently present elements of creative approaches, production plans and strategic rationale.
  • Build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners.

The Ideal candidate

Experience

  • 4–6+ years in a creative, strategic or production role within an agency, design studio, brand experience or content environment.
  • Experience across brand experiences, pop-ups, branding projects, innovation sprints and/or shoot production.
  • A genuine interest in both creative thinking and the craft of execution.

Skills & Mindset

  • Strong aesthetic judgement and cultural sensitivity.
  • Strategic awareness — able to understand audiences, behaviours and brand positioning.
  • Highly organised, proactive and calm in fast-moving environments.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Commercially aware, with confidence around budgets and production processes.
