We’re a brand-new creative startup partnering with a major global stadium and arena operator – crafting bold marketing, sales and bid visuals across F&B, hospitality and live events.

We’re looking for a Creative Designer who thrives on visual storytelling, Photoshop power user who also utilises AI for visualisation and can add light animated elements to bring marketing visuals to life. You’ll help shape the creative direction of a growing agency from day one.

What you’ll do:

• Design standout visuals for marketing, sales and bid presentations
• Build polished, persuasive PowerPoint decks for client pitches
• Use AI tools or photoshop for visualisation
• Create light motion / animated elements to enhance presentations and campaigns using AI
• Work across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Collaborate closely in a small, fast-moving team

What you bring:

• 3–5 years’ experience in a creative agency
• Strong visual design, visualisation and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience using AI for creative visualisation (not just automation)
• Comfort creating simple animations or motion accents
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with real team spirit
