The Opportunity
Phantom is looking for a hands-on Mid Digital Designer to join our team. We are a company dedicated to Technology Creative, a sector where technical expertise and artistic vision are used to build unique digital experiences and services.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring every piece of work is functional, well-designed, and utilises technology in forward-thinking ways. You’ll report to a Lead or Director and collaborate across our creative and technical teams to deliver work that meets Phantom’s standards.

What You’ll Do
– Regularly take ownership of projects with supportive oversight, contributing viable ideas and solutions.
– Elevate output by combining design with complementary skills, such as motion or interactive elements, to ensure innovative results.
– Apply your expertise to develop well-considered solutions for complex challenges, keeping project objectives and stakeholder needs in mind.
– Maintain an open mindset toward feedback, using it to improve both your personal skills and the quality of the project.
– Ensure meticulous consideration of every detail, looking for ways to enhance project quality and creativity.

About You
– Professional experience in a digital-first creative environment (agency or in-house).
– You have a strong grasp of digital design and are starting to apply new techniques to enhance project outcomes.
– You view technology as a canvas for creative ideas and are interested in how tools like AI, motion design, and Figma can improve workflows.
– You are a reliable team player who communicates clearly and remains composed in high-pressure situations.
– You are ready to lead tasks from inception to completion and want to develop your skills within a growing company.
