The Opportunity

Central to the studio’s client services offering, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of all client projects, cultivating client relationships, briefing the design team and delivering exceptional results.  You’ll work collaboratively to support an Account Director and the Founders whilst having the opportunity to shape your own role. 

Given the specialist nature of the studio’s clients, prior experience managing in-depth branding projects within global real estate, hospitality, and luxury sectors is essential to confidently deliver to the highest standards and expectations.

Day to day responsibilities include developing cost proposals, project scopes and pitch presentations at initial stages, through to scheduling, monitoring and managing projects through every stage of creative development.  You’ll be comfortable reviewing creative work with the design team, presenting to clients and proactively resolving any workflow issues.

Will have previous experience building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional work.

Confidently manages complex branding projects across multiple touchpoints, disciplines, and formats.

Has impressive communication skills and is credible in creative conversations and meetings.

Is highly organised with incredible attention to detail.

Can work efficiently across multiple projects with varying objectives and timelines.
