OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Senior Design Lead (and working closely with the Creative Director), you’ll take ownership of projects across visual design, branding, and campaign work. You’ll bring strong craft, fresh thinking, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do. You’ll work alongside junior and senior creatives alike to push the agency’s aesthetic and raise the bar. This role is perfect for a designer ready to step up, take creative ownership, and make their mark

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design Delivery – Create bold, beautiful work across digital and print
Project Ownership – Confidently work on projects from brief to final output
Team Collaboration – Work seamlessly with creatives, accounts, and clients
Creative Input – Bring ideas to the table and challenge the norm
Attention to Detail – Deliver polished, pixel-perfect work every time

WHAT YOU BRING
3–5 years of agency experience with a strong, versatile portfolio
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or other relevant design tools
A solid eye for layout, typography, and composition
The ability to juggle projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Curiosity, creativity, and the confidence to contribute ideas
A hunger to learn and evolve your craft
Comfortable designing across brand, campaign, and digital touchpoints

THE TEAM

You’ll be part of a close-knit, six-person design team. Our team brings together a mix of animators, conceptual designers, and digital specialists, all united by a passion for bold, impactful design. We thrive on collaboration, pushing creative boundaries, and delivering work that stands out.
