Job Title: Design Intern (Full-Time)

Location: London, UK

Duration: Three months starting January 2026

Reporting to: Design Team

Salary: London Living Wage

About The Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Design Intern to play a key role in concepting and executing innovative visual concepts that bring branded experiences to life while aligning with client guidelines, design trends and sustainable best practices.

Role & Responsibilities

Concept Development

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and engaging design concepts for brand experiences in a box
• Contribute fresh ideas that consider material choices, production methods and sustainable alternatives where possible

Graphic Design

• Create high-quality visual assets, including mood boards, client facing presentations, and print materials
• Create 2d mock ups and prepare print ready files
• Support design choices through awareness of eco-friendly materials and production techniques

Brand & Industry Awareness

• Ensure design work aligns with client brand guidelines and the agency’s design standards
• Stay engaged in industry trends, design best practices, and evolving sustainability methods, integrating new ideas into design work

Collaboration & Communication

• Show flexibility and willingness to adapt as project needs evolve
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project deadlines and deliverables, whilst maintaining clear and calm communication of project growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator)
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, ideally with a focus on packaging and product design
• Understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and the power of storytelling to create an impactful unboxing experience

• Strong visual storytelling skills
• Understanding of brand guidelines and application
• Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs
• Highly organised with strong communication skills
• Passion for brands, high-end design and responsible creative production
• Creative thinker with a meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
