About Us

Steve Edge Design is a UK-based creative agency with a global client list spanning multiple sectors, from luxury and lifestyle to property, hospitality and beyond. We’re now looking for a talented Senior Brand Designer to join our team, someone with strong conceptual ability, exceptional visual craft, and the confidence to lead design thinking from idea to execution.

Role Overview

As a Senior Brand Designer, you will play a key role in shaping world-class identities and visual systems. You’ll work collaboratively with strategists, writers and designers, bringing clarity, creativity and consistency to every brief. You’ll be comfortable taking the lead on projects, presenting ideas to clients, and upholding the high creative standards that define our work.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years experience in a similar agency environment
• Proven ability to develop brand identities, visual systems and campaign design
• Strong conceptual thinker with a portfolio that demonstrates craft, ideas and a refined aesthetic
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Confident in client presentations and internal leadership
• Comfortable managing your own time and working across multiple projects
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for creative excellence
