We’re a strategically-led design studio coming up to our 10th year, working with clients across property, food & drink, wellbeing, and beyond. We make ideas tangible through brand strategy, visual identity, and design delivery.

We believe in doing great work with good people. As a small, creative team, we offer our junior designers the chance to grow fast – working directly with clients, shaping brands, and learning hands-on from experienced designers and strategists.

We’re looking for a Junior Designer with strong layout and design skills, eager to take the next step in their creative career. You’ll work across a mix of client projects, supporting the team on brand and identity work, campaigns, and creative collateral.

You’ll also take day-to-day ownership of design output for some of our retained clients, ensuring consistency and creativity across everything produced.

This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, creativity, and craft – and wants to see their work make a real-world impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver creative concepts, layouts, and design assets across digital and print
  • Manage ongoing design output for some of Pip’s retained clients
  • Support the team in developing brand identities, presentations, and campaign assets
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and clients to bring ideas to life
  • Take ownership of your projects, managing time and feedback confidently

About You

  • You have a degree in Graphic Design (or similar)
  • You’re fluent in English and comfortable communicating with clients
  • You’re UK-based and able to commute to London one day per week
  • You have excellent layout and typography skills and an eye for detail
  • You’re proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Skills in animation or video production are a bonus, but not required
  • You’re proactive, organised, and eager to learn within a fast-paced studio environment

Working at Pip

  • 4-day work week (Fridays off, always)
  • Hybrid flexibility – remote-first with one day per week in our London base
  • Direct client exposure and the opportunity to grow with the studio
  • A creative, supportive team who value collaboration, clarity, and craft
