Junior Graphic Designer

Presence is building “text to marketing”. It’s a chat-based agent that helps anyone create whatever marketing they need – especially images, videos, and other multimedia that are hard to get right yourself.

We’re an ambitious, creative, and fast-moving startup operating at the intersection of design and technology.

We previously built Workflow, a profitable design-collaboration SaaS loved by its users.

What you’ll do

You’ll turn great social posts you find “in the wild” into beautifully designed customisable templates inside our product. In practice, that means:

1. Source great references – strong static social examples, good taste required! (IG/LinkedIn/X, ads and organic).

2. Realise your designs as clean, editable PSDs (type, layout, spacings).

3. Adapt those PSDs in our platform’s own graphic design editor so they become live templates users can customise.

*Use existing social posts as design inspiration only, when recreating, replace any logos, product images, or brand elements with neutral placeholders.

As the Junior Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for owning and managing this process end to end.

Over time, this role may expand to include video and motion content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce on-brand, reusable social templates.
• Translate PSDs into our editor, solving layout/formatting quirks.
• Maintain speed and quality.
• Select and create a variety of designs across different styles to appeal to diverse customers and business types. (e-com, local services, creators, agencies).
• Collaborate with design/product on template briefs and reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media design or digital content creation.
• A sharp eye for layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy. You can explain why a social posts works/looks good.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop (experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools for motion and video content is a plus).
• An interest and/or understanding in tech/AI.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
