The Studio 

Well-established, independent digital-first agency are seeking a talented senior digital designer to join their close-knit team. Known for working with some of the biggest names across technology, finance, aerospace and more, this agency have developed an agile and creative approach to their communications projects.

They are hybrid working and are in the studio together 3 days a week.

The Opportunity

Working as part of their design team and alongside their UX/UI and development teams, this is a great opportunity for a senior designer to develop impactful, meaningful work for clients ranging from independent businesses to global organisations. This role encompasses everything from creating websites and campaigns to digital marketing and communications and would, therefore, suit a real digital all-rounder.

As senior digital designer, this role requires a good amount of experience managing big projects and thinking about the finer details. It would be a good fit for either a digital designer looking to step up in their career, or an already established senior who would like to push themselves further.

The Ideal Candidate

Has at least 3 years of experience working within an agency environment, ideally with previous experience in corporate/B2B.

Has a proven track record in delivering exceptional creative work, able to develop this from concept right through final delivery.

Is proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Some knowledge of AfterEffects is beneficial but not essential.

An enthusiastic team-player who is able to work both independently and under the direction of the Creative Director and mentor junior team members.
