About you
We are seeking a Creative Strategist who understands that exceptional creative is born from the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You combine visual craft with cultural insight, translating brand positioning and marketing frameworks into thumb-stopping social and digitally native content that drives engagement and delivers results.
You have a talent for leading and executing day-to-day creative production while staying ahead of digital and cultural trends, particularly within luxury and hospitality. You’re platform-native, AI-curious and understand that every asset must work harder – across channels, formats and campaign objectives.
Behind the scenes, you’ll seamlessly blend creative direction with strategic collaboration, ensuring that every piece of content maps back to campaign goals while maintaining brand excellence across every touchpoint.

The role
As Creative Strategist, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, platform-native content that brings our clients’ brands to life across digital and social channels. As part of the Creative team you will work with and alongside Designers and Copywriters to turn marketing frameworks into actionable content plans, pillars, campaign ideas and visually compelling assets.
Working closely with cross functional teams you’ll produce compelling content – from Reels and carousels to campaign visuals. You’ll work on creative briefs driving innovation and engagement for our clients, while leveraging AI tools to enhance ideation and execution.
Your primary focus is ensuring every asset is on-brand, on-strategy and optimised for performance. You also drive creative innovation by tracking emerging trends and synthesising insights into inspiration decks and campaign concepts that keep our clients ahead in the luxury market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in creative production, content creation or a similar role within a branding, digital marketing or creative agency, ideally focused on luxury or premium brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating platform-native content across social channels, must include Instagram
- Proficiency in creative tools and AI platforms for content development
- Excellent visual sensibility with a deep understanding of brand consistency across colour palettes, typography, tone, and layout
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate marketing frameworks into actionable creative concepts and content plans
- Experience developing creative briefs, mood boards, and campaign decks
- Organisational skills and ability to multitask, with a track record of delivering assets on time and on brief
- Active awareness of digital, social and cultural trends, particularly in luxury and hospitality
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- A passion for the luxury sector and a commitment to delivering excellence at every touchpoint
Key responsibilities
Creative & campaign
- Help build proposals and campaign decks with platform-appropriate creative ideas and strong storytelling logic
- Collaborate with Client Engagement to align content calendars with broader marketing plans, product or campaign launches, key events and business priorities
- Develop creative briefs, guides and moodboards to align wider team on visual direction
- Work with the Design and Editorial teams to bring campaigns to life with excellence and consistency
- Own the creation (or adaption) of content for designated clients, ensuring they reflect platform-specific best practices, seasonal relevance and campaign moments
- Produce or commission creative assets (visuals, Reels, carousels, stories) to accompany scheduled content, maintaining visual and tonal consistency across platforms
- Deliver creative work that contributes measurably to campaign KPIs
- Incorporate analytics feedback into content iteration, partnering with the Performance team to optimise results
- Collaborate with the Client Engagement and Performance teams to ensure every asset maps back to campaign goals
- Monitor content performance to inform future planning, proposing optimisations or new formats based on insights
Innovation & thought leadership
- Stay on top of design, social and cultural trends, emerging technologies and cultural shifts that inform creative strategy and execution, particularly within the luxury and digital marketing sectors, providing clients and the Navigator team with fresh perspectives and innovative approaches
- Drive creative innovation by exploring new technologies, methodologies and creative approaches that enhance client solutions and internal workflows
- Synthesise insights and apply trend-led thinking into briefs, reports, creative inspiration decks, moodboards and content, to ensure fresh, relevant and culturally resonant
- Share ideas proactively with the wider team to inspire innovation and test new creative formats
- Contribute to thought leadership content, case studies, and industry insights that position Navigator as a creative authority
