About the role

We’re on the lookout for a detail-obsessed Senior Artworker to join our growing creative team at Eighty Studio. We’re a dynamic marketing agency based in Shoreditch – a tight-knit crew of designers, photographers, and marketers who push boundaries to deliver bold, visually engaging campaigns, primarily within the commercial property and B2B sectors. If you have 5+ years of art-working experience and extensive expertise in setting small and large projects for print, we want to hear from you!

As Senior Artworker, you’ll play a key role in shaping the final output of our creative work, translating concepts into polished, pixel-perfect deliverables across both print and digital. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, account managers, and external suppliers to ensure our creative ideas are executed with precision, consistency, and impact.

This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for detail and design, deep knowledge of print and digital production, and the confidence to take ownership of print production across multiple projects. You’ll need to be highly organised, quality-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines in a collaborative studio environment.

What you’ll do

• Oversee and manage file preparation for print and digital delivery,
• Liaise with printers and production partners to ensure flawless output
• Ensure high-quality of all artwork across a variety of print and digital formats, from brochures, OOH campaigns, and exhibition graphics to web assets, email designs, and social content.
• Work closely with designers to translate creative concepts into final artwork, ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy.
• Lead on art-working for large-scale campaigns, often managing multiple deliverables and formats across tight timelines.
• Support junior team members with mentorship, feedback, and guidance on best practices.
• Help maintain and improve internal workflow systems and production standards.

What we’re looking for

5+ years of experience in a similar artworker or production role within a creative agency or in-house team.

Deep understanding of print production, file setup, colour management, and repro processes.

Exceptional technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite—particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a bonus, but not essential

Confidence working across digital formats, with knowledge of web assets, UI components, and digital ad specifications.

Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for getting things pixel-perfect.

Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise workloads across multiple projects and deadlines.
